UWL Eruption 1-21-23

The picture cuts across the arena and cuts to the ring.



Emily Lyle - The following contest is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit or television time remaining!

The arena's lights go to a dim with different lights flashing. The music kicks in as Garlan Brown steps out as the spotlight shines on him. Brown stands basking in the moment slowly making his way down the aisle with a snarl look on his face.

Emily Lyle - From Marietta, Georgia, weighing two hundred and fifty five pounds he is one half of the UWL Tag Team Champions Garlan Brown!!

Brown enters the ring turns toward the camera and throws his arms back and lets out a scream as he points forward with one finger out pointing at the camera before turning around moving to his corner.

The crowd is buzzing when suddenly the lights go out.



"Born for Greatness" by Papa Roach plays as the crowd buzzes, as the crowd goes nuts. The first verse plays out, causing more anticipation. As the verse comes to the end it pauses for a moment. All of the lights go out again, but then come right back on in full brightness!!!



Suddenly, Billy "The G.O.A.T." Danielson walks out from behind the curtain to a huge pop, as he makes his way down to the ring. He's in wrestling gear, high-fiving fans as he makes his way to the ring.

Emily Lyle - From Chicago, Illinois, weighing two hundred and thirty five pounds he is the UWL World Champion Billy Danielson!!

He wipes his feet before going up to the apron, and into the ring. The fans continue to cheer as Danielson throws his arms in the air. He slowly backs into his corner and waits for the bell to ring.

Cliff Morris - It’s main event time. As UWL World Champion Billy Danielson takes on one half of the UWL Tag Team Champions Garlan Brown in tonight’s main event.

Logan Acker - Garlan Brown is a heavy hitter that uses his power to over take his opponents. Of course Billy Danielson uses his strikes and throws.

They lock up into a collar and elbow tie up. Brown moves around taking Danielson into a rear waistlock. Danielson reverse it, moving around taking Brown into the rear waistlock. Brown breaks Danielson's grip, reversing the hold. Danielson moves back around into a side headlock. Brown goes back against the ropes, Danielson holds on to the head lock, the referee calls for a break. Danielson holds onto the hold and does not break, Brown pushes him off, he stumbles across the ring. Danielson kicks Brown in his side, taking him back into a side headlock. Danielson wrenches his arms around Brown’s head with the headlock.

Logan Acker - Garlan Brown has nowhere to go as he’s locked in the headlock.

Brown pulls Danielson’s arms up, taking him into an overhand wrist lock. Danielson lets loose of the hold slapping Brown in his side with a hard shot taking back the headlock. Brown manages to walk Danielson into the corner. The referee calls for a break. Brown steps back, Danielson steps forward, nailing him with a pair of hard forearm strikes. He nails him with a hard European uppercut, which stuns Brown.

Cliff Morris - Garlan Brown staggers back after Billy Danielson lands the European uppercut.

Logan Acker - Garlan Brown looks stunned after that European uppercut!

Danielson takes Brown back into the headlock. Danielson looks out at the crowd with an angry look on his face. Brown sends Danielson off into the corner. Danielson carries his momentum into the corner up onto the second rope. Danielson jumps back off with a crossbody, Brown rolls through. The referee goes to count, Danielson pushes Brown off of him. Danielson kicks Brown in his stomach, doubling him over. He takes him back into the headlock. Danielson goes back to the headlock as he has Brown locked in the headlock.

Brown turns moving around. He manages to raise his knees up nailing Danielson in his stomach with a hard knee lift. Brown nails Danielson across the back of his neck with a hard elbow shot. Brown comes up nailing Danielson with a hard European uppercut, which staggers Danielson. Brown sends Danielson off into the ropes. Danielson runs off the ropes, Brown grabs him throwing him with a fall away slam. Brown turns running at Danielson as he is rising up off the mat, before he straightens up, Brown nails him with a running knee lift.

Cliff Morris - Garlan Brown lands the running knee lift that stuns Billy Danielson!

Brown pulls Danielson up to his feet. He holds onto him, Brown goes to grab him, Danielson grabs Brown’s leg. He holds onto his leg taking him down with a single leg takedown. Danielson drops a pointed elbow down onto Brown. He stomps away on him. Danielson grabs Brown back up, taking him back into a side headlock. Danielson wrenches his arms as he looks very intense. He turns around and clocks him with a European upper cut that stuns Brown. Danielson runs at Brown and drops him down with the Thinning the Herd (RKO). He pushes him over covering him, the referee counts.

Danielson takes the UWL World Championship belt as he does Daron Smythe rolls into the ring. They stands nose to nose as the fans rise to their feet.

Cliff Morris - February 4th these two will meet for the UWL World Championship! Fans we're out of time we'll see you February 4th in Asheville! Goodnight everyone!!
