Abby Joseph and I are here with Dave West as he prepares for his match tonight against Nick Danger. I am here to get your thoughts on tonight's matchup and whatever else may be on your mind.

(Dave smirks at Abby a bit unstintingly.)

Dave West:
It’s a pleasure to be here, Ms. Joseph. I’m sure this interview will be well received because I have some things to get off my chest.

Abby Joseph:
Hopefully we get whatever you have on your mind out to the audience.

(Abby is now seen shuffling through her note cards.)

Dave West:
So, before you start asking questions, I have something to inform our viewing audience.

(Abby nods her head with a confused look on her face.)

Dave West:
I want to let all those people out there who are listening know. How many of them know I wasn't the first person for this match against Nick Danger? That's right, I wasn't even booked until someone who calls themselves "religious" decided to tuck their tail between their legs and bail on UWL because they didn't like...

(Abby cuts off Dave West.)

Abby Joseph:
That's not important; let's stay on track with the matter at hand.

Dave West:
What's wrong? The truth hurts. Maybe that's what people around here need to hear—the truth.

(The camera cuts to Abby Joseph, who is unsure of where this is going.)

Dave West:
Let's talk about my worthy opponent. This guy vanishes for months at a time, walks back into UWL, and thinks he's supposed to have the whole world handed to him. I don't think so. Not while I am around here.

(West leans back in his chair, placing his hands on top of his head.)

Dave West:
That's the problem: people around here don't want to hear the truth.

Abby Joseph:
Um, no? Not at all.

(Dave leans forward in his chair, staring at Abby.)

Dave West:
You don't think so. That's the type of answer I'd expect from someone on the company payroll.

(Dave closes his eyes, shaking his head.)

Dave West:
This interview is over.

(West gets up from his seat and walks off out of view of the camera as Abby shakes her head, confused.)

(Fade to black.)

The picture cuts across the arena and cuts to the ring.



Emily Lyle - The following contest is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit!

“Lazaretto” by Jack White begins to play over the speaker system as the lights dim and the smoke machine starts. Dave West sprints out of the curtain and begins to spin a bit and then takes a knee. He smirks as the crowd begins to boo.

Emily Lyle - From Olympia, Washington, weighing two hundred and twenty pounds, Dave West!

He pops up and oddly walks to the ring. He appears to be on some sort of substance or possibly inebriated. Dave slides into the ring and climbs the turnbuckle. He spits into the crowd and then jumps down and begins to the run the ropes.

"Out Of The Black" by Royal Blood comes on the speaker and red smoke follow on the entrance ramp . Nick Danger walks out onto the entrance ramp wearing his wrestling attire having a determine look on his face he makes his way down the entrance taking off his leather jacket toss it to fan and giving them high fives.

Emily Lyle - From Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing one hundred and ninety seven pounds, Nick Danger!!

Nick climb the steel steps then climb the top turnbuckle and and sees his fans saying "Rising Ace" he jumps inside the ring and gets ready for the match to start.

Cliff Morris - We're ready to kick off the action here tonight. As Dave West takes on Nick Danger.

As the bell sounds, West runs at Danger nailing him with a pair of clubbing shots backing him back into the corner. West hits away on Danger, as he covers him, the referee backs West back, as Danger moves out of the corner, he says something to West, he runs at him, but Danger moves back into the ropes. West steps back, as Danger moves away from the ropes. Danger kicks West in the stomach doubling him over, he pulls West up raking his hand down his eyes. West grabs at his eyes, as Danger grabs him around his head rubbing his face down the top ring rope. The referee orders a break, Danger steps back with his hands raised, as West punches him into his stomach. West pulls Danger around, throwing him through the ropes out onto the floor. West steps through the ropes out to the floor.

Cliff Morris - This has turned into a straight up fight!

Logan Acker - This escalated quickly!

West pulls Danger up off the floor, he grabs him sending him into the guardrail, Danger falls onto the floor clutching at his back. West pulls Danger up off the floor, he sends him into the ring apron. West runs at him, but Danger moves out of the way. Danger grabs West slamming his face down onto the ring apron. Danger pulls West around running with his arm around his head planting him down with a running bulldog on the floor. Danger rises to his feet, as West lays on the floor face down. Danger stomps on West, as he lays on the floor. Danger slowly slides back into the ring.

Cliff Morris - These two have thrown the rule book out the window!

West gets to his feet, he pulls himself up onto the ring apron, as he steps through the ropes, Danger pulls up the middle rope hitting West with a low blow. West falls into the ring. Danger grabs him, choking him, as the referee calls for a break.

Cliff Morris - The referee is screaming for a break!

Danger pulls West up off the mat, as he does West comes at Danger nailing him with punches, he grabs him sending him into the ropes. Danger bounces off the ropes, West runs at him nailing him with a running back elbow. He turns, as Danger gets to his feet, he grabs him, throwing him down onto the mat with a hip toss. West turns pulling Danger up. West lifts Danger up onto his shoulders dropping him with a gut buster. West covers him.

West pulls Danger up to his feet, he grabs him around his head nailing him with a pair of trapping headbutts. West pulls Danger around grabbing him around his head, he grabs him lifting him up, and down with a suplex. West covers him.

West pulls Danger up, as he does Danger catches West with a poke to the eye, which stuns him. Danger pulls West back into a school boy.

Danger pushes West back into the corner, he charges in at him nailing him with a running elbow in the corner. Danger pushes West down, he covers him, as he does, he places his feet on the middle ropes.

Cliff Morris - Parker Van Peters with his feet on the middle rope!!

Danger rises to his feet wanting a quicker count, but the referee warns him, Danger slaps his hands together wanting a faster count. West nails Danger in the back of his head with a lariat, which sends him falling forward onto the mat. West grabs Danger pulling him up, and planting him into the mat with a curb stomp. West covers him.

West stumbles to his feet jerking his arm back away from the referee throwing his head back walking around the ring.

The show cuts to a break.

Abby Joseph is standing next to UWL World Television Champion, Jenna Jillian Walker, backstage at the Addition Financial Arena.

Abby Joseph: I am standing here with the UWL World Television Champion Jenna Jillian Walker. Thank you for joining me, Jenna.

Jenna Jillian Walker: Glad to be here, Abby.

Abby Joseph: Tonight you have your first Television title defense against Jeremy Riggs.

Jenna Jillian Walker: And I cannot wait to get into the ring with Jeremy, Abby. Like you just mentioned this is my first Television title defense and I want to show the wrestling world what I can do as champion. They have seen what I can do as a champion in Texas. They have seen what I can do as a champion in New York. Which is all fine and well but this…this is a whole new level because UWL has been around for two decades. Not many wrestling promotions these days can say that. So to carry this championship belt…

Jenna taps the TV title belt that is around her waist.

Jenna Jillian Walker: Into battle to show the UWL audience what I can do…Well let’s just say I am hyped up for this opportunity.

Abby Joseph: It sure appears that way. While you are looking forward to tonight I must bring up the Ultimate Stampede.

Jenna Jillian Walker: Obviously I would have loved to win it but clearly I didn’t and a big congratulations to Jackson for winning the whole thing. Maybe one day I’ll be the last one standing in an Ultimate Stampede match gaining a World Title shot but that wasn’t meant to be in 2024. What I am focusing on is the UWL World Television championship, putting on the best matches I can, and being the workhorse of UWL. Who knows? I could possibly end the year the same way I started.

Abby Joseph: What’s that, Jenna?

Jenna Jillian Walker: As the UWL World Television Champion.

After Jenna and Jeremy have cleared the ring, the lights come to a slow dim. "Promentory" (last of the Mohicans theme) begins playing and walking out slowly comes UWL World Heavyweight Champion, Cory Chevelle. Chevelle has the title draped over his right shoulder, and as the crowd receives him with thunderous boo's, Chevy smiles and tips his hat before continuing down to the ring.

Cliff Morris
"Well, Orlando isn't happy about it but here he is. He'll be facing Sonya Benson here later tonight."

Logan Acker
"The real buzz though is his next challenger, "The Weatherman" Jackson Burnside who won at Universal Stampede!"

Chevelle hops on to the apron and holds his hat as he enters through the ropes and motions for a microphone. After receiving a mic, he walks around the ring for a bit, observing the Orlando crowd and mocking them. Before speaking he raises the UWL Heavyweight Championship and smiles right into the camera mouthing "Burnside has no chance!" As the crowd boo's Chevelle raises the mic...

Cory Chevelle
"SHUT UP!"

The boo's only grow louder.

Cory Chevelle
"I said- Okay, you know what go ahead, I got time."

Chevelle moves to a nearby turnbuckle and leans back against it casually. He shakes his head at the crowd saying "I got all the time in the world" as they begin chants for Burnside.

Cory Chevelle
"I'ma tell you right now, if Jackson Burnside comes out here he won't make it to his title match because I'll put my boot so far up his ass he'll be tasting leather for the next six months!"

Cliff Morris
"So disrespectful!"

Logan Acker
"The champ says what he wants, Chevelle always has. I believe him to be honest."

Cory Chevelle
"So tonight I get the pleasure of stepping into the ring with one of UWL's finest and she is fine if ya know what I mean; Finest talents today, Sonya Benson! The unfortunate part and I dunno if any of you knew this or not but- there's been something going on between me and Sonya over the past couple months. Since our first match to be honest..."

Logan Acker
"What!? No there hasn't, has there? Surely not!"

Cliff Morris
"I highly doubt that."

Logan Acker
"Have you ever known Chevy to be a liar though?"

Cliff Morris
"Cory Chevelle has been a lot of things here in UWL. Let's not forget when he kidnapped Angelo Valor's sister..."

Chevelle moves away from the turnbuckle and stops in the center of the ring mlaughing at the crowds disapproval.

Cory Chevelle
"What? You don't believe me? That's okay neither does she but don't let her lie to ya. When the shows all over and the crews are gone she's in my dm's begging for more of the Silverback every. Damn. Time. Anyway, it's unfortunate. Tonight I gotta beat up my own girlfriend, can you believe that!? I mean why does UWL keep booking me in matches with these tiny, cute, petite women. I just had match of the damn year with Daron Smythe and we come back from Stampede and I'm against my own god damn girlfriend! The travesty I tell ya!"

Cliff Morris
"Oh yeah, Chevelle's real troubled by it I can tell."

Cory Chevelle
"According to her on Twitter, UWL is "padding" my record. Well here's what I say to that darlin.. the only "padding" here is the pad between your legs and if you think you're not good enough to be in the ring with the champ, then maybe you should pack your bags and find a new company! Because most people back there are just dying for a shot at me. See, Sonya I don't know if you realize this but I'm kind of a big deal these days. World champion, match of the year, feud of the year. Shoulda been wrestler of the year but I don't mind that Billy Danielson won it again. That kid works his ass off, you could learn a thing or two from him. Just imagine if you some how managed to beat me, imagine the sky rocket your career would experience! Imagine the bragging rights! But you're right, you have no business being in the ring with me because I've beaten you already. You're scared and you should be! Because I am not a nice guy and like I said before, I'll knock a bi-"

"Whoa excuse me, just a minute brother!"

The crowd jumps to their feet as Jackson Burnside comes out on the ramp.

Logan Acker
"Here he is! The next challenger for the throne here in UWL!"

Cliff Morris
"Folks I can't describe the amount of electricity that's in the air right now from this crowd. And these two- They hate each other!"

Chevy is incensed that Burnside would come out here and interrupt. He points down the aisle to the Weatherman, daring and begging him to come down. Though Burnside doesn't have a match tonight, and certainly isn't dressed for action, he does make his way down the aisle. Slowly. Almost at a meandering pace as he addresses the Champ.

Jackson Burnside
"Chevy my man. Y'know I wasn't gonna come out here. I was just behind that curtain dudde, giving the boys in production and earful because this was supposed to be my time. See brother I was scheduled to come out to the ring at this time and talk about my victory at Universal Stampede. It was supposed to be the Weatherman and the good people here," Burnside pauses and coyly smiles. The cheap pop is there for the taking. "in Orlando, Florida!" The crowd roars. Chevy remains unimpressed and rolls his eyes. "Instead Cory, you had to come out here and assault everyone's ears and Sonya Benson's dignity with your weird erotic fanfiction."

Burnside has arrived at the bottom of the aisle and he stands inches away from the ring apron. Chevy stares down at Burnside and shuts "that's not the only thing I'm gonna assault." The Weatherman ignores the threat and heads over to the stairs.

Jackson Burnside
"You took my time to say a whole buncha nothing, so I decided I'd take my time anyway. I decided, I'd still come out here and give an abbreviated version of my original spiel."

Burnside enters between the ropes and he walks right up to Chevy. There's no hesitation, no fear, and no second thoughts from the number one contender. He doesn't say anything, but instead stares blankly at the Champ. Chevy can't help but chuckle.

Cory Chevelle
"Well? What is it dude? Ya- ya gonna 'beat the breaks off' me brother? Ya gonna knock me down and drop a 'fifty-pound hamhock' across my check, jack? Huh? What is it Weatherman?! What are you gonna do?! Cory gets right in Jackson's face. His spittle gets on Burnside's sunglasses. "'Cause I remember, last time we met I mauled you and left you a heap in this ring! I became World Champion! What have you been doing? Huh?! What is it Weatherman?! WHAT'S IT GONNA BE JACK?!"

Burnside lowers his head to the side. He sighs, removes his sunglasses and wipes them with his shirt. Chevy watches as Jackson holds the sunglasses up to the light and grimaces. Dissatisfied with the cleaning job he puts them away into a pocket in his jacket. They're eye to eye - Champ and challenger

Jackson Burnside
"Cory; I'm gonna take a trip down to Silverback Country. I'm going to find this 'Hellbilly' and beat the Hell outta him. I'm gonna grind his face into the mud, break his back, take his title and go home. You're time's up big guy. 2024 means its my turn and this time things are gonna go exactly how I want. Keep it warm for me, I'll see you in a few weeks brother."

Burnside taps on the UWL World Title belt with his fist and backs away slowly. He keeps his eyes on the World Champ as he rolls between the ropes and out of the ring. Cory doesn't ook happy, but he isn't dumb. This isn't the time or place to throw fists with Burnside. The champ and challenger continue their tense staredown as we go to a break.

The lights dim in the arena and the words "I AM #1" flash on the video screen...

The house lights come back up and standing in the center of the stage, holding a single finger high in the air, is #1 Daron Smythe.

Emily Lyle - From Wheeling, West Virginia, weighing two hundred and fifty six pounds, Daron Smythe!!

Smythe looks out at the crowd, some holding up their own version of the single finger salute, as he saunters down the aisle towards the ring, confidently keeping that finger in the air as he steps through the rope and climbs to the second rope in one corner of the ring.

Drums pound in synch with grinding guitars as “Bonehead" assaults the fans while the arena is blanketed in darkness while at six seconds in, a saxophone begins squealing a prolonged note. At thirteen seconds, while a spotlight suddenly pierces the darkness, casting its light on the entrance curtain, the vocalist begins whooping and screaming. BRADDOCK explodes through the curtain and marches for the ring.

Emily Lyle - “Making his way to the ring! He is five feet, ten inches tall and tips the scales at two hundred and fifty-one pounds and hails from Stockton, California. He! Is! BRADDOCK!!!!

BRADDOCK has ascended the ring steps and is entering the ring halfway down the apron, I’m between the ring posts by dipping under the top rope. He climbs the nearest turnbuckle and while secure on the second rope, he raises both fists in the air and bellows.

The bell sounds, as both men slowly move from their corners, they slowly move into a collar and elbow tie up. Smythe shoots around on BRADDOCK into a go behind. He takes his arm into a hammerlock, as he pulls up on his arm. BRADDOCK ducks under, moving around taking Smythe into a hammerlock of his own. BRADDOCK takes Smythe into a headlock, he wrenches his arms around his head, as Smythe sends him off. BRADDOCK runs off bouncing off the ropes, he runs back at BRADDOCK for a shoulder tackle, but BRADDOCK doesn’t move. BRADDOCK stands looking at Smythe smacking his chest. BRADDOCK tells him to do it again. Smythe turns to run toward the ropes, but turns back nailing BRADDOCK with a pair of clubbing punches.

Cliff Morris - These two are trading punches with one another!

Logan Acker - This has become a slug fest!

Smythe runs back bouncing off the ropes, he runs back at BRADDOCK nailing him with a running calf kick, which stuns him. Smythe runs back into the ropes, he bounces off the ropes running back at BRADDOCK, he jumps up taking him down with a running high knee. Smythe leans over him nailing BRADDOCK with a pair of punches, as he leans over him. Smythe rises to his feet, he drops an elbow drop down onto BRADDOCK. Smythe rises up to his feet, he starts laying in stomps, as BRADDOCK tries to cover up, but can’t get out of the way of the stomps. Smythe steps back as BRADDOCK comes up hitting him with a punch to the stomach sending him sailing into the ropes out to the ring apron.

Cliff Morris - BRADDOCK landed a punch that just knocked Daron Smythe back into the ropes out of the ring!

BRADDOCK rolls under the bottom rope out to the ring apron out to the floor. BRADDOCK pulls Smythe around, sending him sailing into the guardrail. Smythe hits the guardrail and flips over into the front row. BRADDOCK grabs Smythe around his throat as he does, Smythe manages to jerk BRADDOCK over the guardrail throwing him over onto the floor. The fans move back out of the way as Smythe runs at BRADDOCK hitting him with a clothesline that staggers BRADDOCK back through the crowd.

Cliff Morris - This has broken down quickly!

Smythe grabs BRADDOCK around his head as he does BRADDOCK lifts Smythe up throwing him onto the floor. The referee calls for the bell.

Cliff Morris - The referee has called for the bell this has gotten out of control!

BRADDOCK and Smythe are locked together trading punches in the crowd as referee’s finally come out trying to pull them apart. They get them apart and quickly they are back together locked up trading punches.

Cliff Morris - These two are fighting through the crowd!

The referee’s get them apart as they’re trying to get at one another. Slowly they get them apart and hold them back.

The show cuts to a break.

The show returns from break with Abby Joseph standing in the ring.

Abby Joseph - At this time please welcome the UWL Tag Team Champions Absolution!

The lights go out and suddenly Mamma Said Knock You Out begins to play a spotlight ascends upon the entrance and out steps Garland Brown and Silas Adler, Absolution. They step up and look at the crowd slowly walking down the aisle. Brown and Adler go to their corner with an intense look on their faces as they enter the ring.

Abby Joseph - Thank you for giving me this time. Let's get right to it.

Brown jerks the microphone out of the hand of Abby Joseph.

Garlan Brown - That's right let's get right to it. Let's talk about how we've dominated everyone that has been thrown in front of us. How we've been the most unstoppable force in all of tag team wrestling just not here in UWL but in all of professional wrestling.

Brown looks around with a snarling look on his face.

Garlan Brown - We've been forced into one road block after another and we've to come out on top every single time and we're going to keep on doing just that.

Brown looks at Adler.

Silas Adler - That's right no one measures up to the most dominant force in the world of professional wrestling. No one. I dare anyone to step up to us because they'll get knocked back down to where they belong.

The opening guitar plays setting a mood as red and white lights surround the entrance and rotate in quick circles shining on the fan and the entrance as "Spirit" by ACMA hits. The music plays as a spotlight aims right at the entrance and Ryozo and Shioya step out from the entrance.

Cliff Morris - Ryozo and Shioya are back in UWL!!

Brown and Adler look at one another shaking their heads talking to one another. Brown turns pushing down on the top rope staring at Ryozo and Shioya as they stand on the stage.

Ryozo holds out his hand and makes a breaking motion with his hands and points down to Brown and Adler in the ring who are about to erupt in anger as they're pacing around the ring.

Cliff Morris - Ryozo and Shioya have returned and made their targets loud and clear if you ask me!

Emily Lyle - The following contest is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit!



"Gangster's Paradise" by Coolio begins to play throughout the arena. The lights abruptly turn off all at once as the music continues to play. Seemingly hundreds of camera flashes begin lighting up the darkened arena then suddenly the curtain is thrown back and Robert Daniels and his wife Lauren emerge from behind the curtain...Daniels wears a very serious look upon his face, walking down the center of the runway with his wife in tow. He stops on the apron, holding the ropes open for his wife then wiping his boots before stepping through himself.

Emily Lyle - From Seattle, Washington, weighing two hundred and thirty five pounds, Robert Daniels!!

He circles the ring, removing his robe and sunglasses and handing them off to a stage hand. He climbs up on the turnbuckles and looks around at the crowd, enjoying the negative reaction as he talks trash right back to them. He tells the camera that he's the man before dropping down and fixing his wrist tape as the music ends.

The crowd is buzzing when suddenly the lights go out.



"Born for Greatness" by Papa Roach plays as the crowd buzzes, as the crowd goes nuts. The first verse plays out, causing more anticipation. As the verse comes to the end it pauses for a moment. All of the lights go out again, but then come right back on in full brightness!!!



Suddenly, Billy "The G.O.A.T." Danielson walks out from behind the curtain to a huge pop, as he makes his way down to the ring. He's in wrestling gear, high-fiving fans as he makes his way to the ring. He wipes his feet before going up to the apron, and into the ring. The fans continue to cheer as Danielson throws his arms in the air. He slowly backs into his corner and waits for the bell to ring.

Cliff Morris - These two are as familiar with one another as it gets. Robert Daniels and Billy Danielson know one another very well.

The bell sounds, as both men circle one another, slowly moving into a collar and elbow tie up. Daniels shoots around Danielson taking him into a rear waistlock. He locks his arms tight around Danielson, lifting him up, and down onto the mat. Daniels shoots around into a front facelock on Danielson, he grabs him around his head, as Danielson tries to break free. Daniels turns, taking Danielson into a side headlock. Danielson forces him up to his feet, he sends Daniels off into the ropes. Daniels bounces off the ropes, he runs back at Danielson, he leapfrogs over him, as Daniels runs across the ring bouncing off the ropes. Daniels runs back at Danielson, he drops down, as Daniels runs over him bouncing back off the ropes. Danielson jumps into the air nailing him with a running knee strike.

Cliff Morris - Billy Danielson connects with a running knee strike!

Logan Acker - Robert Daniels looks like he’s on dream street!

Danielson grabs Daniels, nailing him with a sharp European upper. He jumps up taking Daniels down with a snap suplex. Both men return back to their feet, Danielson sends Daniels into the ropes. Daniels bounces off the ropes, as Danielson jumps into the air nailing him with a dropkick. Danielson moves quickly out to the ring apron, he makes his way to the top rope. Danielson stands on the top rope, he leaps off for a crossbody, but Daniels moves out of the way, as Danielson crashes into the mat.

Cliff Morris - Billy Danielson took a chance and it backfired!

Daniels lifts Danielson off the mat, he grabs him around his waist lifting him up and down with a back body drop. Daniels rises to his feet, he grabs Danielson lifting him off the mat. Daniels leans over, lifting Danielson up, and down with a hard scoop slam. Danielson lays on the mat arching his back, as he drives in pain. Danielson stumbles to his feet, as Daniels locks his arms around him into a rear waistlock, he lifts Danielson up and down with a German suplex, with a bridge.

They both return to their feet. Danielson grabs Daniels into a headlock. They both go back against the ropes. Daniels sends him off. He runs back at him and they both collide into one another. Daniels stumbles into the corner. The referee checks on Danielson. Daniels is in the corner he puts something on his hand. He comes out of the corner and connects with a hard punch to Danielson. He falls over him covering him hiding his hand, the referee counts.

Cliff Morris - Oh give me a break!

Daniels rises up and raises his hand with the object still around his hand the referee spots it and walks over talking to the ring announcer.

Emily Lyle - The referee has reversed his decision the winner of this match as a result of a disqualification Billy Danielson!!

Daniels loses it and goes after Danielson punching him with repeated punches. The referee tries to get him off of him but Daniels shoves the referee back. Daniels leans over Daniels on one knee hitting away on Danielson with repeated punches. Daniels rises up and throws his arms in the air as the fans boo.

Cliff Morris - Robert Daniels is better than this but he chooses to take underhanded actions! This makes me sick!

The show cuts to a break.
