Welcome to another edition of the UWC Newsletter. Let's get right to all the latest news from around UWC.
Under Pressure is officially here. As announced in the 8/19 edition of Eruption. This match will be the main event for Under Pressure. Billy Danielson will battle David Carroll inside a steel cage at Under Pressure. This match has been months in the making, and at Under Pressure, this situation will come to a head inside the unforgiving steel cage.
On the 8/19 edition of Eruption, Mark Storm was able to last in the Proving Ground against UWC World Champion Daron Smythe. Now Daron Smythe will defend the UWC World Championship against Mark Storm at Under Pressure on 9/2.
Speaking of the UWC World Championship, as was announced in the last Newsletter. The World Championship will be defended on 9/30 in Chicago in an Elimination Match. We now know who'll be in that 4-way elimination match at what will now be called the "Parade of Champions" event on 9/30. Already announced for this match were Cory Chevelle and The Weatherman Jackson Burnside. Joining them will also be BRADDOCK and the winner of the World Championship match at Under Pressure.
Ace Starr had some unflattering words for Jenna Jillian Walker before what was supposed to be his match on the 8/19 edition of Eruption. With his comments, Jenna Jillian Walker hit the ring and proceeded to get retribution for the harsh words. Jenna Jillian Walker has asked UWC officials for a match with Ace Starr, which will take place on 9/30 in Chicago at the Parade of Champions special.
Two of the biggest names in UWC will do battle in a title-vs.-title match at Under Pressure. As "The Weatherman," Jackson Burnside will put the Heritage Championship on the line against Cory Chevelle's Television Championship in this title vs. title match. Please note that this is not a unification match. Whoever walks out of Under Pressure will be a double champion!
