Duke Rogers
Alignment:

Gimmick:
Brute/Badass

Stone relies on his brute strength to maximize damage and prefers to utilize holds/moves that won’t take him off his feet. Adapt in brawling and rough-house tactics. Also relies on advice (and occasional involvement) from his manager, George Duke. Stone has an uncanny ability to stay on his feet while absorbing punishment, but is slow to recover when he does go down.
Out of Ring Appearance: Big and hulking, some notable muscle development in upper body but also some gut. Bald head and long, wild mustache. Usually wears slobby sweatpants/T-shirt in public, but has a cheap suit for formal events.
In Ring Appearance: Black single shoulder strap (Andre/Lawler) and long tights (black or dark blue). Crude skull and crossbones on the thigh. Black laced boots, with striped athletic sock visible at the top.
Entrance/Backstage Attire: Thick studded leather belt, leather gauntlets on both forearms.
Entrance Music: “Lava” by Ministry
Entrance Description:
Red and yellow lights flicker as “Lava” churns through the arena. Rock Stone emerges, wearing a leather belt and gauntlets. He stomps down the aisle, looking mean and shouting at the fans to hype himself up. Duke Rogers follows close behind, chomping an unlit cigar and brandishing a cane.
"Making his way to the ring… managed by Duke Rogers… from Parts Unknown… Roooock Stoooone!"
Stone swats at any outstretched hands and stomps up the steps. He raises his arms on the apron, still barking in every direction. He steps through the ropes and removes his ring gear, handing it down to his manager on the floor.

Brief Bio:
Former college athlete and three-season linebacker in Pro Football. Wrestled under various names on the East Coast for 6 years with no big-time success. Semi-retired from wrestling, doing semi-monthly local dates, plus working as a bouncer and laborer in the city.
He met Duke Rogers at a local event and agreed to return full-time under his tutelage. Duke advises Stone’s name, look, and ring-style - convinced he can create a marketable champion (and a fortune in the process). Duke has commissioned volumes of merchandise - slogging T-shirts, key chains, etc at every opportunity. The two have taken their van to small events and armories along the East Coast, working both reputable independents and sleazy one-nighters. Stone follows his manager’s advice, pleased with the results – though, the two are occasionally at odds.
Rogers cashed in many favors to get a meeting with the UWL Office and is hoping to secure a permanent spot for his protégé.
