UWL - Eruption 8-20-22

The show opens scanning across the arena and cuts to the ring.



Emily Lyle - The following contest is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit!

The tron plays a scene of the hollywood walk of fame going by slowly, the shadow of a raven seen over each and every star that’s there. As you hear the lyrics ‘Your stars burned out for good, somewhere in Hollywood’, the shadow flies into the one star without a name, writing out Autumn’s name on it, the star turning to a dingy, grungy picture with graffiti written all over it.

Emily Lyle - From St. Paul, Minnesota, weighing one hundred and twenty five pounds, Autumn Raven!!

As the first part of the song starts up, Autumn appears from backstage, slowly walking out, coming to a stop at the top of the ramp as she surveys the crowd with a cold smirk on her face. She stands there for a minute before making her way down the ramp slowly, walking once around the ring before sliding under the bottom rope and hopping to her feet, making her way to the corner to climb to the top ringpost. She flings her arms out to the side, laughing at the crowd.



"Gangster's Paradise" by Coolio begins to play throughout the arena. The lights abruptly turn off all at once as the music continues to play. Seemingly hundreds of camera flashes begin lighting up the darkened arena then suddenly the curtain is thrown back and Robb Daniels and his wife Lauren emerge from behind the curtain...Robb wears a very serious look upon his face, walking down the center of the runway with his wife in tow.

Emily Lyle - From Seattle, Washington, weighing two hundred and thirty five pounds, Robb Daniels!!

He stops on the apron, holding the ropes open for his wife then wiping his boots before stepping through himself. He circles the ring, removing his robe and sunglasses and handing them off to a stage hand. He climbs up on the turnbuckles and looks around at the crowd, enjoying the negative reaction as he talks trash right back to them. He tells the camera that he's the man before dropping down and fixing his wrist tape as the music ends.

Cliff Morris - It’s time for action. As Robb Daniels who’s been snarly as of late if you will taking on someone who all this history talk could bug as well Autumn Raven.

The bell sounds, they lock up into a collar and elbow tie up. Raven breaks free, she shoots around on Daniels into a rear waistlock, Daniels tries to break free. Daniels reverses out shooting around on Raven with the rear waistlock. Daniels reverses out lifting Raven up slamming her down onto the mat holding her still in the rear waistlock. Raven reverses around taking Daniels into a wristlock, she drives her knee into Daniels shoulder pulling up on his arm. They return to their feet, Daniels takes Raven’s arm around into the wristlock jerking on her arm twisting it around. Raven rolls forward kicks back up. Raven rolls forward, bridges back, slapping Daniels arm away. Raven jumps up nailing him with a dropkick which staggers Daniels.

Cliff Morris - Robb Daniels is staggered after a dropkick from Autumn Raven!

Logan Acker - Autumn Raven needs to stay on the attack and not let up!

Raven runs at Daniels, he dodges out of the way grabbing Raven pushing her into the ropes. Daniels pulls her back with a school boy roll up, the referee counts.

.. Kick out.

Raven goes into the ropes, Daniels rises up, she kicks him in his stomach doubling him over. Raven takes Daniels down with a leg lariat. She bounces back up, Daniels sits on one knee against the ropes. They lock back up, Raven takes Daniels around into a go behind into a hammerlock. She pulls up on his arm jerking Daniels arm each time she pulls up wrenching his arm. Daniels turns to taking Raven over with a snapmare. Raven runs at him, Daniels leapfrogs over Raven. Raven takes him over with an arm drag. Daniels is back up and he takes Raven over with an arm drag. Daniels takes Raven into a headlock, she sends him off into the ropes. Daniels runs off the ropes nailing Raven with a shoulder tackle, she stumbles back against the ropes.

Logan Acker - Robb Daniels looks proud of himself as well.

Raven runs off the ropes, Daniels leapfrogs over her. Raven runs back into the ropes, Daniels drops down, Raven runs over him. Raven runs off the ropes, Daniels nails her with a dropkick. Daniels throws Raven into the corner, he nails her with a hard forearm strike in the corner. Daniels pulls her out of the corner. He grabs her around her head and out of nowhere dropping her with the Picture Perfect (Stunner). He covers her, the referee counts.

Tyler Barrett steps out onto the stage to no music. He stands with his hands on his hips, looks at the crowd, turning his head from side to side looking at the crowd.

Emily Lyle - From Atlanta, Georgia, weighing two hundred and twenty seven pounds, Tyler Barrett!

The crowd is buzzing when suddenly the lights go out.



"Born for Greatness" by Papa PWHch plays as the crowd buzzes, as the crowd goes nuts. The first verse plays out, causing more anticipation. As the verse comes to the end it pauses for a moment. All of the lights go out again, but then come right back on in full brightness!!!



Suddenly, Billy "The G.O.A.T." Danielson walks out from behind the curtain to a huge pop, as he makes his way down to the ring. He's in wrestling gear, high-fiving fans as he makes his way to the ring.

Emily Lyle - From Chicago, Illinois, weighing two hundred and thirty five pounds he is the Television Champion Billy Danielson!!

He wipes his feet before going up to the apron, and into the ring. The fans continue to cheer as Danielson throws his arms in the air. He slowly backs into his corner and waits for the bell to ring.

Cliff Morris - We’re ready for our next match up. As Television Champion Billy Danielson takes on Tyler Barrett. Who’s in desperate need of a win since he lost his mask.

They lock up into a collar and elbow tie up. Danielson moves around, taking Bennett into a rear waistlock. Bennett reverse it, moving around taking Danielson into the rear waistlock. Danielson breaks Bennett's grip, reversing the hold. Bennett moves back around into a side headlock. Danielson goes back against the ropes, Bennett holds on to the head lock, the referee calls for a break. Bennett holds onto the hold and does not break, Danielson pushes him off, he stumbles across the ring. Bennett kicks Danielson in his side, taking him back into a side headlock. Bennett wrenches his arms around Danielson’s head with the headlock.

Cliff Morris - Tyler Barrett in control as he takes Danielson into a headlock.

Logan Acker - Tyler Barrett has all the tools he just can’t seem to put things together and get a win since he lost his mask.

Danielson pulls Bennett’s arms up, taking him into an overhand wrist lock. Bennett lets loose of the hold slapping Danielson in his side with a hard shot taking back the headlock. Danielson manages to walk Bennett into the corner. The referee calls for a break. Danielson steps back, Bennett steps forward, nailing him with a pair of hard forearm strikes. He nails him with a hard European uppercut, which stuns Danielson.

Cliff Morris - Billy Danielson is stunned after the European upper cut from Tyler Barrett!

Logan Acker - Tyler Barrett needs to stay on the attack!

Bennett takes Danielson back into the headlock. Bennett looks out at the crowd with an angry look on his face. Danielson sends Bennett off into the corner. Bennett carries his momentum into the corner up onto the second rope. Bennett jumps back off with a crossbody, Danielson rolls through. The referee goes to count, Bennett pushes Danielson off of him. Bennett kicks Danielson in his stomach, doubling him over. He takes him back into the headlock. The fans gasp, Bennett smiles from ear to ear as he wrenches his arms around Danielson’s head.

Danielson turns around. He manages to raise his knees up nailing Bennett in his stomach with a hard knee lift. Danielson nails Bennett across the back of his neck with a hard elbow shot. Danielson comes up nailing Bennett with a hard European uppercut, which staggers Bennett. Danielson sends Bennett off into the ropes. He comes back and connects with the catch knee strike. Danielson grabs him and drops him down with the Franchise (Inverted Crucifix Bomb). He covers him, the referee counts.

Emily Lyle - The following contest is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit!

As the main tune kicks in the bright spotlights come on and gradually fade out to leave the room lit by smaller flickering spotlights and dimmed house lights. Evan steps through the curtain staring out at the crowd with a snarling look on his face, pumped up from being in front of a large crowd all of whom are heavily in his corner. He walks down to the ring with a spring in his step, high-fiving the fans as he goes by them.

Emily Lyle - From San Bernardino, California, weighing two hundred and sixty pounds, representing Radical Impulse Evan Atlas!!

As he comes the ring he will take a few deep steps before sliding under the bottom turning toward the hard camera with a smile on his face as he lays on his stomach with his hands on the mat. Rising up slowly he slaps his chest 3 or 4 times before leaning over and slapping the top turnbuckle pad and raising back up with both his arms in the air, fists clenched. He then takes hold of the top ring rope to steady himself before pushing off from the ropes with his feet turning leaning against the ropes with a stare on his face.

"The Game Is Over" by Evanescene is heard on the sound system. Talia comes out from behind the curtain. When she gets to the ramp, shower fireworks reign down on her. She walks down the ramp with her hips moving back and forth and she is swinging her arms. She gets on the apron and enters the ring between the ropes.

Emily Lyle - From Buenos Aires, Argentina, by the way Mexico City, weighing one hundred and twenty five pounds, Talia Areano!!

After that she walks over to the ropes on the right side and stands on the first rope. She then bends over and looks at the fans with a smile on her face. She then gets off the ropes and walks to one side of the ring and waits for the officials to start the match.

Cliff Morris - It's time for action. As one of the number one contenders for the Television Championship Talia Areano takes on Evan Atlas whom we've already saw tonight costing Jun Sakai her match earlier with Isaiah Hunter.

The bell sounds. They move from their corners slowly moving into a collar and elbow tie up. Talia nails Atlas with a pair of knees to the stomach which stun him. Atlas nails her with a hard forearm strike, which stuns Talia. She comes back with a forearm strike of her own, which stuns Atlas. He nails her with a pair of hard forearm strikes. Atlas grabs her for a belly to back suplex, but Talia floats around on Atlas landing on her feet. Talia nails him with a leg lariat which sends Atlas down to the mat. Talia backs up moving back against the ropes. Atlas leans against the ropes.

Cliff Morris - Evan Atlas looks to be having a deep thought as he leans against the ropes.

Atlas rises up shakes his head, he moves back across the ring. They go to lock up, Atlas knees Talia in the stomach.

Cliff Morris - Evan Atlas stuns Talia Areano with a knee to the stomach stunning her.

Logan Acker - Evan Atlas needs to attack and not let up now that he has a opening!

Talia comes at him throwing her leg up nailing him with hard kicks to the side of his arm and to his ribs. Atlas stumbles back, Talia steps back. She takes a step, Atlas runs jumping over the guardrail nailing her with a flying clothesline. They’re both on the floor. Atlas rolls back into the ring, the referee goes to start his count, Talia rises up off the floor returning to the ring apron. Atlas goes after her, she leans over nailing him in his stomach with a shoulder, he stumbles back. Talia pulls herself up and runs at Atlas nailing him with a roundhouse kick which stuns him. She steps back, runs at Atlas sending him down with a shining wizard. Atlas stumbles up to his feet. Talia grabs him around his head, kicks off the ropes, turns and plants him down with the Slice of Heaven (Sliced Bread 2). Talia covers him, the referee counts.

Cliff Morris - Talia Areano picking up the win as she heads into Power Surge and her shot at the Television Championship!!

The show cuts to a break.

Jackson Burnside is backstage in the locker room. It is dimly light, and shadows are cast all over the. Th whole set-up gives Jackson a darker, more sinister look. He's seated against a locker, shirtless. The most important think we can't overlook is the thick metal chain around his shoulders, hanging down across his chest.

Jackson Burnside:
"Caleb Hart, you're gonna learn brother."

Jackson rattles the chains.

Jackson Burnside:
"Think I haven't been through this before? Been on the side of a chain? Arch Stanton gave me a helluva an initiation. Hart dude, at Power Surge you're in for a world of hurt that you can't even contemplate." Jackson rubs his neck. The nasty brusing from being choked has healed, but Burnside hasn't forgotten about it. "I owe you jack. And I've got you tonight."

Jackson lets the chain slide from around his shoulders and neck. It slides down onto the floor and makes a loud thudding sound, all with some clinking of the chain links. Burnside leans forward some. This brings his face out of the shadows some more, giving us a clear view.

Jackson Burnside:
"Power Surge isn't for a few weeks. Tonight it's tag action. I get into the ring with Mark Storm, and right here in Atlanta we go toe-to-toe with you Hart, and Antony Cross. It's gonna be a fight. It's gonna be nasty and I can guarantee we're all gonna lose control. We aren't gonna be chained together until Power Surge, but tonight I plan to run wild and let loose on the World Champion. I'm gonnan beat down Caleb Hart and give him a nasty receipt for what he did a few weeks ago. And in two weeks I take back the World Heavyweight Title."

Jackson Burnside takes a deep breath.

Jackson Burnside:
"Caleb Hart is inevitable. And it is inevitable that I break the inevitable. I'm comin' brother." Jackson leans forward to grab to end of the chain. He whirls it around by the end. "We're comin."

The scene ends as Burnside stops spinning the chain. He leaves it dangling, and it sways back and forth like a clock's pendulum. A clock ticking down the minutes to when Caleb Hart's reign comes to an end.
