Beyond the Mat
2020, UWL 15th Year by Jay Jefferson
As, we sit here in, November of 2019. With only one more month in the year. We're fast approaching, 2020. Which will be the 15th year since UWL was created. UWL was created, November of 2005. Over that time, UWL has went through a lot of change. Some change has stuck, some has not. But, as we're heading into 2020, on the fast path to the 15th anniversary of UWL. It's time to change. Yes, change here in UWL. I will be the first to admit. I have't always been the best at accepting change in UWL. But, in 2020, I feel it's time for UWL to change. Now we're not going to go through any drastic change. But, the big change will be in our colors. UWL has been green, since 2005. I feel as we approach our 15th anniversary next year that we should change and take on a different feel. In 2020, we will be changing our colors and this will be our logo with the colors.
Our ring image has gone away from in the old days, ring and black ring mat. To a ring that takes on the colors showing in the logo above. That's all I have for now. It is hard to think that, 2020 will be our 15th year. A lot has happened. We honor our past, and respect it. But, we look to the future and continue to build on the tremendous foundation that we have going at the current time.
